Holds a Bachelor’s in Theatre Studies from The Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in Damascus and a Master’s in Theatre Studies from The Free University of Berlin. Since 2010, I’ve been passionately working as a freelance writer, dramaturg, and editor.

My writing journey has led to the publication of two novels: The Door Keeper (الحاجب) in 2016 and Black (أسود) in 2021. I’ve also had the pleasure of seeing my theatre-play Short Sentimental Film (فيلم عاطفي قصير) published, and four of my plays staged: Uncompleted Film about Seagulls in Istanbul (2017), Midnight’s Sun in Stockholm (2019), The Heroine’s in Stockholm (2021), and The Museum of Memories in Göttingen (2022).

Beyond creative writing, I have contributed research papers to peer-reviewed journals, exploring topics such as documentaries, music, and theatre. Currently, I am based in Berlin, Germany, continuing to explore and contribute to the world of theatre and literature.
